Anyone have any experiences with Laurel or Bill Jacobs service dept? Any SA that you'd recommend?

Laurel is subpar from my experience, I like Adam Cruz at Patrick

I had a great experience with Laurel BMW even though I work for BMW of Orland Park. The reason I brought it to them is because that's where the car originally came from. So they have all the records for the car. But I will be bringing it to BMW of Orland Park not because I work here but because everyone I know here is awesome. Great service and people.
