I believe they'll look like the 5th pic in the link below.

I was just wondering this the other day. I'm sure it'll be like the F3x fob, but I wonder about the accent color. Would be cool to see them do the a tri-color M stripe.

The F3X M-Sport comes with the blue key (..and the other colors are for base, Luxury, Modern, etc.). The F8X key will likely have the blue as well (..although the one on the F8X M3 has the silver color).

Better still would be to replace the BMW roundel that locks the car on the fob with the ///M logo.

Agreed. Something equivalent to this would be nice:

That looks like a USB stick.
Cheers.

The newer key fobs are more user friendly. No longer do I have to press and hold the trunk/panic button for 1.23 seconds to open the trunk and worry about sounding the alarm!!

It's roughly the size of one. It's nice not having to carry around a small brick in my pocket.

You can pull out the Start/Stop button and crank the ignition old-school style in the event that the key fob battery dies, which is convenient. More convenient than holding up the key fob to the power steering rack and praying the key gets recognized.

I prefer the silver trim over the gaudy blue or red trim on the F30 M Sport and Sport Lines.
