Doesn’t our car already come with an OEM immobilizer, alarm and GPS tracking??

Yes but Ghost is added protection as people can jump into your car if they can remote copy your key or just do this by your OBD port. This prevents that by a user needing to enter in a code to start car or putting into drive.
