My rs3 was delivered with front 255/30 p zero's, and even though they had a noise foam insulator inside, switching to ots mpss made a world of difference - i really hope the ps4s does similar Michelin were working on their own version of sound insulated tyres, but that seems to have been died off Last edited by domino_z; 03-27-2017 at 08:17 PM.. |

Getting MPS4 tires installed on Thursday, went with 255/35 and 285/35 for the stock 19 inch rims. This is closest to the same tread width gain front and rear as compared to the original PSS tires.

The tread of the 295/30R20 PS4S is 1.1" wider than the stock CP 285/30R20 PSS (9.9" vs 11.0")

As has been noted before, 295/35/19 Generics were not listed in the original launch sizes.

tirerack lists rear tread width on ps4s only 0.1" less than mpss star 295/30/20 just looks like too much sidewall relative to front 265/30/20 and i don't have any of these traction issues on my oe zcp in this climate Last edited by domino_z; 03-29-2017 at 12:57 AM.. |

Thus @Bluex observation would match up with that of the reviewer. Could also be combination of the 2. |

And you also don't forget, they mentioned that when driving at the limits. If your going say something, say the whole story. |

Do you think the 295/30/20 will fit on the ZCP rear wheel?

Not sure if it's mentioned here but just ordered 265/35/19 and 305/30/19 PS4S going on 9.5 front and 11 rear wheels.
How much smaller is the height of the sidewall on the rear comparison to the front? 2nd my previous stock 437 wheels were on 255/275 contis. Is the PS4S smaller in height on the new wheels compared to the stock setup on Contis? Can't wait to get these bad boys on.

This is probably going to make DSC more intrusive as your front and rear diameter is the same now. As opposed to stock tires, rear diameter is slightly bigger than front diameter.
