Does anyone know why USA gets a $3K discount for ED and we don't get any discount?

I think that's because BMW sells
more cars in the US than anywhere else, sort of a reward I guess

Don't quote me on this but I believe in the US you need to pay a little extra for transport back to the US but that's already included for Canadian EDs.

If I read it correctly, frozen silver is 'not' available for the F80/sedan? As least at cost of $2,000.
