I'm in no rush, but will put a deposit down for an Individual F80 if the Porsche Macan Turbo doesn't pan out at the November reveal.

I'm a bit on the fence. I have owned every generation of the M3 and would love to continue, but I definitely want to give the car a year on the road and see if it excites me or not. Like others have said, I will wait until comp package is available and will likely make an effort to do an individual color. Having strong thoughts towards techno violet.

Some of my initial excitement were lost when the 33XX lbs mark was missed by a margin and taking into account that I don't love the way any F series car drives including the M5 and all M6 versions I'd be a fool to commit to the M3 without a thorough test drive. Still guarded optimistic but will proceed with caution and also compare to the M235i and Porsche Macan.
What I'm really waiting for is the new Porsche sedan but there is time for a car in between. |

Right now, I am #3 on my dealers list for an M4. Wish Arum Dust was gonna be availible but will probably do Sakhir in the end. People who want to wait until LCI, or ZCP, or until "they get all the bugs out" frustrate me. There is always going to be a better version and all that time you are waiting, could be spent driving! Then trade it in in 3 years and get a new one with all the new goodies. And if your worried about reliability, that's what the warranty is for!

Anyone recommend a good CA in Los Angeles for ordering the M3/4 euro delivery through? Looking for someone easy to deal with. Thanks

I'm kind of screwed as my current lease is up in less than 2 months, and the M's won't be out yet, and I cannot be without a car. So my choices are get a 435 and try to get out of that lease to upgrade to the m4, or find a lease I can take over for a year or so and order a 15 m4. I have no doubt the car will be amazing, after 6 different 3 series, I don't think I'll need a test drive.

I'm #1 at my Dealer and all set to go, leaning toward a 2 year ED Lease for launch model at the moment which will minimize drive off money but depends if can pick up before Early Summer otherwise US delivery. I am currently without a sports car and had a nice 13 Spyder S convertible, now gone, since I was holding out for M4. My goal is to ultimately buy a 2016 with ED again with all the goodies and reliability of later releases and hold on to it until next Generation. A 2 year lease helps that purpose and Most importantly I can write off as business expense.

M4 all the way
Had the very first of the last two series in Oregon and have been happy with them; no reason to change now. Put deposit down 6 months ago and am #3 at Portland BMW. Bought my first new BMW there in 1973 right out of college, an Inka 2002 (yeah, I'm older in dirt but only in numbers!). Think I may miss the V8, but I'm ready for something new.

I'm not sure what your plans are for your E90, but if you ever think about parting with it, please put me on the short list of people to call!

I'm interested in the M4 convertible and need to test drive the car. And then decide from there.
It's probably somewhere in this forum, when is the M4 convertible suppose to come out? |

I'll give it another 2 years before ordering one. Best to let BMW iron out all the bugs and quirks.

I just came back a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara and saw M3/M4 and I8. While we were walking on Shoreline Dr and State St., we got a glimpse of M3, M4, and I8 all on the same day but not at the same time. I8 got me excited but not M3/M4. Maybe when I get to drive it, I may change my mind.
I think I will keep my E90 and may just do ED on stripped M4 ZCP later on in the year. Since my wife and I has never been to Europe before, we are just excited to do this trip. |

I just sold my 1M coupe and am second on my local BMW dealer list for an M3. I have small children and the versatility of a 4 door sedan outweighs the performance and aesthetic benefits of a two door coupe. I'm very excited about the M3 and hope to do a European delivery next summer. If ED is not an option, I will at least do a performance center deliver in SC and drive it back to CO.

I have had a very good experience working with Robert Grass at Valencia BMW. I bought my last 2 M3s from him and I have sent many friends/family his way (I have known him for 13 years). None of the sales were ED but I can tell you that he's easy to deal with, great on pricing, and knows these cars very well (he's an enthusiast). I hope that helps, Jeremy |
