Update Feb 5, 2015,

Added new pics that shows the BMW CF mirror caps and Eisenmann exhaust.

Update May 28th, 2015,

Thanks for staying tuned guys. Since my last update, I pushed forward with mostly performance oriented mods.

Thanks to Eurocharged again, I installed an Akrapovic downpipe, along with the Akrapovic Delete-R module. I cannot describe the sound. It's just pure anger! I will admit, below 2K RPM, there is a lot of rasp. But higher up on the rev range, it sings like a V8! Great combo IMO!

Shortly thereafter, I also installed Dinan Spring/Sleeves set. I did a lot of research and settled on this for a number of reasons. I did not want to compromise performance, hence wanted a linear spring that's predictable on the track. For that, either Swift or actual coilovers would work. I wanted to retain the ability to change ride height. Swift was eliminated. I wanted to retain EDC, full coilvers were eliminated.

Quick review of the Dinan suspension setup... I lowered the car by 5 MM all around. The front is slightly more to even out the wheel gap. I will lower it more once the new rims/tires combo gets installed. The ride is stiffer throughout the EDC settings range, but comfort is still very much relaxed. However, the car feels like its on rails under Sport Plus. There is ZERO body role and steering feel is somehow enhanced. I will note that Dinan comes with recommended alignment settings that is different from factory. Enjoy the picks! One fo them is a good comparison between stock and my car.

February 12th, 2016 Update

I have lowered the car further. I also got myself, with the help of SIMPLYTIRE, a local shop here in town, a nice set of HRE R101s. 19x9.5 up front and 19x11 at the rear, wrapped in 265/35/19s and 305/30/19s, respectively. I love the offset. As nice and flush and makes the rear end look even wider!

Finally, because I love shoes. I also got a set of 20 inch Velos S3s in a two tone, brushed double tinted face and brused triple tinted windows, finish with the following specs: 20x10 with 265/30 and 20x11 with 295/30. Enjoy!

Wow. Not a fan of the side skirts (in general) but I actually love the body colored line around the front and rear trunk spoiler. Lookin good.

same here.. that body color lines looks bad ass on the front.. breaks up a bit of the black and makes the lip stand out more.

Looks nice! Although I don't think that your camera settings or development preference is more of a "vivid" then a "natural" because that color looks much different (and in my opinion a little better!) in the photos then my real world experience with YMB.

This was taken with a Blackberry Q10. No filter. Automatic setting. At 8:30 AM in the morning. YMB tends to change color based on exterior lighting. So your response is not surprising at all. Under dim lighting, the car almost look grey with a hint of blue. Look close enough, you will see pink pearls!

LOL! I sure will. Eisenmann is on the top, but for $1500 more, you can get a full titanium system... Tough choices, and first world problems.
