Welcome to the forum.

Are you already not happy with the performance?

The only way, that I know of, to keep the warranty (thats what I assume you mean by OEM) is to go with Dinan. This will cost many $k.

Enjoy the car!

OP,
If you are keeping car stock go with Burger Tuning JB stage 1
If you want max power and features go with Jb4 stage 2

Both these tunes can be removed before your dealership visit in case you are worried about warranty.

If you are not worried about warranty, get a flash Tune.
Active Autowerke or Bootmod3

Ok, after a quick search, I stand corrected. BMW only covers BMW OEM.
Dinan is covered by Dinan warranty. Not sure if anyone had to claim it.

Thank you all for the reply's. What I meant by "keeping it close to OEM" was, I don't want to have to mess with drive settings other than what the car has already. The tunes I've researched all have controls and or "maps". Don't really want to deal with that. Just more power. Lol
