$7500 payment to you ? You did not put any $ down on your lease to begin with. Based on info listed, all fees were rolled into the lease.

Yes. Tax savings on accommodation sale and a fantastic deal.

Yes it's in CAD. An identically equipped 2017 M4 goes for $1,660CAD per month.

in other words, if someone is going to pay you that $7500, then it actually cost you $0 during your 6 months of ownership. Nice.

I don't think anyone would ever be interested in this. Especially with the upfront payment.

If anything, you should be offering an upfront payment to whoever is willing to takeover the lease.

Wow this seems like a great deal. Competition package minimum your looking at is $1600 CDN.

To confirm, the $1,111.53/month payment applies to QC residents only. For non-QC residents, it's $1,091+tax.

From what I've seen (leasebusters/kijiji), the payment is significantly lower than any other M car in Canada.

with interest rate now down slightly, you would be looking at around $1300 + taxes now. 48 months. $0 down. same packages + EWT as OP. assuming 7% off for leftover MY17.

Was looking at the lease package, they will not budge from the 4.9% on the M4s. So with ZCP, you're right, it will be around $1400 with 5% discount on a 36 month lease (not even 48).

For July 2017, the interest rate is 3.9% (for MY17). Interest rate for MY18 is 5.9%.

My payment is $1,091+tax resulting in a $240/month difference - still significant . If you're a QC resident, the difference is another bracket altogether at $380/month.

I've reduced my ask to $4,000 down.

Bump. Apparently BMW FS is stricter when determining credit worthiness for lease transfers than for new cars so car is still up for grabs.

DP reduced to $3k.

In two months, your DP ask went from $7500 to $3000. Man, that's falling quicker than housing prices in Toronto.
