M4 Convertible trunk compartment stuck?

I have an M4 Convertible. When the top is closed.. the compartment lid that's under the trunk lid won't lift. I had a 2006 bmw convertible and that lid compartment just lifts up easy... this one seems locked in place?

Take it back to your dealer. This should be fixed under warranty.
