Yes, you can also get it through Esys, External Application, Transmitter, connect then scroll down to find the applicable message to send.
Actually, the data in my link above was I think from Esys->Transmitter As to the limits, my theory is that Esys may NOT flash if the max counter is exceeded. But PTF have flashed hundreds of times their DME... using their tools. |

Just browse Transmitter, it is in the first page and in plain English... readProgrammingCounter
If you cant figure out how to use the tool, then no point in pursuing it further, because even if you are close to the limit, and I assume you have a tune, most of the tune tools seem to bypass/disregard that limit. |
