The Group Buy's payment phase will be ending tonight at 11:59PM. Don't miss your chance to get the perfect rear wheel for your F8X M3/M4!

Got the wheels

Got the wheels on Tuesday and unboxed them last night. Anthracite. They look great. I'm excited for the spring to come and take them to the track.

Any update on when the tire fitment post will come out?

Thanks.

Glad to hear, can't wait to see photos of them on your car! Is this the blog article on fitment you are referring to here? If not, can you please clarify?

I think he is referring to the tyre fitment test you were going to perform using a variety of tyres and sizes other then r888

Correct. At the end of this article it says "In our next write-up, we’ll go through every track-oriented tire combination that can be run on the M3 and M4, as we move on to selecting the best tires for these cars."

What's the progress on this?

I can say that my new EC7 rears fit 305/35/18 Nitto NT01s, and those tires are darned close to stock height, and have about 3/4" on the inside edge to the damper, and are about 3/8" from the fender, with stock rear camber.

Pretty sure if there were 325/30/18 NT01s they would fit, with -2.0 deg of rear camber.

We appreciate your interest. Please allow me to check in with the team to understand what specific research we will be conducting and when it will be available to the community. We also appreciate everyone's feedback thus far, there has been a lot of success. The 18x11's in combination with a sticky compound has attacked the issue of rear traction coming out of the corners.

Thank you for your feedback, the 305/35/18 NT01's will be a popular choice

I just got new Nitto NT01s mounted on all 4 wheels. 275/35/18 front, 305/35/18 rear. Wow they look great. Now if it would just stop snowing so I could test them on the track.
