It looks like BMW Canada raised the MSRP by $1,000 for M3 and M4 on January 1,2016

The M3 in Canada is now $75,000 and the M4 is now $76,000. As mentioned in another thread I am pretty sure connected drive is now standard in Canada instead of the $500 that was previously charged for it.

I just looked again at the Canadian website and it is still showing the connected drive as a $500 option???? If you are ordering your car double check because as I said in another thread my 2016 M3 came with it and I never ordered or paid for it.

On my Autoquote there is also a "ZCP" option which is a carbon package for $4900 with no other changes.Connected drive still shows as a $500 option.

Are you sure this isn't the MPE with CF tips option?

I figure ZCP on the F8X will more of a $7000~$8000 affair .

Really ?

The US got a $1200USD increase from 2015 to 2016 MY. Which is ends up being quite more than our $1000CAD increase (~$1700CAD in fact). But they did get a few options added as standard though (HK and Comfort access).

I got a quote from my dealer (and gave deposit) in Nov, so well before the announcement of this increase. Given Im not actually getting my car until my ED in May can the dealer force this increase on me, or is there an argument that I already got the quote and paid a deposit prior to the increase?

It seems the Competition Package will be code 7MK on the F8X.
