I’m a local as well. The construction around town right now is terrible, with all the paving for F1 it’s a nightmare sometimes being low. But for the most part you’ll find yourself getting around pretty easily. I have not been to Resort World but MGM has pretty low friendly parking, The Linq (outside parking lot off Koval).

Went there last year and the Wynn was excellent for M4 on Swift springs

I've heard that MGM Grand, Caesars Palace, and The Venetian tend to be more accommodating. However, it's always a good idea to double-check with the casino just to be sure. By the way, if you're into gambling, you might want to try out the bonusbet slot games at these casinos.
