Yes, BMW does watch the forums and is listening. Pictures on the assembly line has been done before. When we ordered my wife's X3 they had a video of various stages along the assembly line. Very cool!

The photos of my M3 as it was being built were upon request are not the norm. I don't think they are equipped to do this automatically for our M's, but maybe that can change later down the road? We can all hope.

They have a video they send you, or at least they did when my mom got her X3. Pictures would ruin the love at first sight moment

I'm in love with this color combo, and can't wait to see the pics when you take delivery!
