Can trucking send car back to VPC?

So looks like my damn car was processed in 24 hours at the port. Must be a record. I wanted to add M Performance parts. Dealer is looking in to it, but I'm shitting my pants right now. I want the port to install these parts. It will also delay delivery, which is fine by me as it's arrived one month early.
Can the dealer have the car sent back from trucking to VPC? They are right next to each other.

Nevermind. It's probably coming in a day or so. I am in deep shit. lol
Dealer will install, but trust the port more to not mess it up. at least, looks like i might get a better price out of it.

Parts probably won't be "residualized" if leasing.

Also would have to pay for labor. Parts can still be residualized if dealership installed, as this is the process for ED vehicles. BMW FS has builtins for the residual packages, for example the M3 M Performance Exhaust System is a $1,000 MRSP adder. With tips, installation and tax , net residual is less than 20%.

Fine print is as follows: "All residualizable accessories must be installed at a BMW center. Center installed accessories must be accompanied by a detailed Repair Order signed by the customer...All stand-alone accessories, package components...must remain on the vehicle at the end of term. They must stay with the vehicle if it consigned to auction."

Depends on the parts as of the BMW FS bulletin from 1/09/2014, M3 M Performance Exhaust was the only MRSP adder. Can always add parts to pay via lease prior to iniation of, or fully fund/install yourself and remove at lease end.

Thanks, y'all. This is a purchase. I'm just shocked (as is my CA) VPC turned my car around in 24 hours and the fact it was off-loaded from the ship on a Sunday.
