That is a pshop... so the color is probably off. Closest one would be silverstone or moonstone metallic.

Holy crap!! All I wanted was for BMW to take notice of my suggestions but this thread has turned into a bitch fest!! LED taillights would most definitely be #3 for me I can't believe I missed it.

Surprised that the color choice complaints have not emerged...
Installation of roof rack mount bolts at factory would be great.

Don't even get me started on color selection. It is horrible. There's no red??? WTF??? You sell a sports car that performs like an exotic and you don't offer red?? Oh no wait mister customer, pay us five grand and we'll paint it any color for you. Fuck that.

No Jeeves, no adjustable bolsters, shitty-looking doors without the old hindged compartments. All things that will be missed.

I have zero hope for any of it, but I hope LCI brings a better palette and DTM tails.

The pics I've seen of Moonstone have looked MUCH lighter than that, almost MW.

Biggest complaint here is the color choice, both interior and exterior. Not that I dislike the colors offered, but there should be more choices, esp more "regular" colors - i.e. a normal red, estoril blue, etc. Wouldn't mind another wheel choice as well.

It'd be nice to have more a-la carte vs. packaged options as well.

And a non-metallic red and non-metallic black. (Neither of which I would buy (well maybe red considering the other color choices), but these colors should be a given)

They are taking a page out of porsche's book of getting richer. lets hope they don't wise up even more.

Want a 997.1 GT3 RS in Orange or Green? No charge Want it in white? oh thats gonna cost you $7K

Want a 997.2 GT3 RS in White? No charge! You want the Orange paint again? oh thats gonna be $7K with red stripes... what you don't like red stripes, you want black stripes again? vinyl is expensive in stuttgart. thats gonna be $9K total.

danke!!

a button that turns on and off the damn throttle blip would be perfect. i hope i can code it off permanently. i never thought some would want to have it on in sport+. makes sense to me if bmw has it on the car different users might want to use it. but anyone that doesn't want to learn to heel-toe themselves but wants a manual??? common guys! trust me you will appreciate the car more! and its easy to practice all the time. no need to speed to practice it.

+1. Absolutely! I'm still hoping it's just a matter of days/weeks now until someone figures out how to code it away. I really dislike this feature. Not enough to make me not get the car, but still I wish it wasn't there.

Think of this as an unrequested focus group. We only want BMW to be the best it can be. It's our duty to give feedback because we care.

squeaky wheel gets the grease. I think the "bitching" about the E9X M3 got us what we have today in the F8X. BMW obviously notices and is interested in improving their products. Customer feedback is essential.

I didn't notice the car does not have the attachment pins in the roof for a rack. that's kinda lame too. M3 has always been about being a sports car you can use every day.

+1 on this. Heel and toe is too much fun! No need for throttle blips on a manual. If you want or need that get DCT.
