Holy crap!! All I wanted was for BMW to take notice of my suggestions but this thread has turned into a bitch fest!! LED taillights would most definitely be #3 for me I can't believe I missed it.

Surprised that the color choice complaints have not emerged...
Installation of roof rack mount bolts at factory would be great.

No Jeeves, no adjustable bolsters, shitty-looking doors without the old hindged compartments. All things that will be missed.
I have zero hope for any of it, but I hope LCI brings a better palette and DTM tails. |

The pics I've seen of Moonstone have looked MUCH lighter than that, almost MW.
Biggest complaint here is the color choice, both interior and exterior. Not that I dislike the colors offered, but there should be more choices, esp more "regular" colors - i.e. a normal red, estoril blue, etc. Wouldn't mind another wheel choice as well. |

It'd be nice to have more a-la carte vs. packaged options as well.
And a non-metallic red and non-metallic black. (Neither of which I would buy (well maybe red considering the other color choices), but these colors should be a given) |

a button that turns on and off the damn throttle blip would be perfect. i hope i can code it off permanently. i never thought some would want to have it on in sport+. makes sense to me if bmw has it on the car different users might want to use it. but anyone that doesn't want to learn to heel-toe themselves but wants a manual??? common guys! trust me you will appreciate the car more! and its easy to practice all the time. no need to speed to practice it.

+1. Absolutely! I'm still hoping it's just a matter of days/weeks now until someone figures out how to code it away. I really dislike this feature. Not enough to make me not get the car, but still I wish it wasn't there.

squeaky wheel gets the grease. I think the "bitching" about the E9X M3 got us what we have today in the F8X. BMW obviously notices and is interested in improving their products. Customer feedback is essential.
I didn't notice the car does not have the attachment pins in the roof for a rack. that's kinda lame too. M3 has always been about being a sports car you can use every day.
