My CA showed it to me. I initially took 7% off of ED MSRP, for a ballpark figure, then firmed it up with his paperwork.

I only see ED MSRP and Standard MSRP pricing on the pricing guide. Am I overlooking ED invoice?

I'm finding it hard to believe that a dealer in California would give someone a car at ED invoice price (or even US invoice) when quantities right now are so limited and dealers are having zero trouble selling at MSRP.

ED invoice is ((US MSRP*0.92)*0.93). You then add destination/handling of $925.

For the M4 ED invoice for base car is (($64,200*0.92)*0.93)+$925)=$55,855.

For options US and ED invoice is the same or (OPTION PRICE * 0.91). So Black Sapphire Metallic is ($550*0.91)=$500.

So add the base car cost plus all the options you want using the above and that is invoice. Looking at the config at post 336, US MSRP should be $82,850 and ED Invoice $71,985. The OTD price mentioned includes CA tax and and I am assuming registration so it looks like he is getting about $1500 over ED invoice or about $5000 discount off ED MSRP all of us here are getting or $10+k off US MSRP - still amazing!!!!

My latest lease "deal" 3% off the 80,450 MSRP and base rate MF which I'm told is .00133.

This is for a 3 year lease, 12k miles/year:

Zero down, just first month's payment (which includes my taxes and dealer fees) of $1104.44 without coupon.
$1075.33 with the un4gettable driving event coupon if I can get it to work.

Eager to hear how this compares to your deals?

I noticed that on the online build tool when I add extended leather it automatically adds the rear screen. When I remove the screen option the configurator adds the full leather. Is that an error?

BMW can make the Extended option less expensive if they don't make leather rear door panels with and without window shade option, so they just require shades.

Seems OK, but why not just do normal finance?

$10k down, $940/mo 72 month loan 2.9%
Loan balance after 36 months is $32,375 but it's not a balloon so can just keep making payments if you wish.

Spoke to two dealers including one that was mentioned on this thread, both are not willing to do anything better than ED MSRP. I was told the first ED cars didn't come out of the dealer allocations, but as of July 1st they do and they can't discount them like they did before.

Has anyone else heard the same story?
