Butcher recommendations
Guys does anyone use a local dedicated butcher for cuts of meat? Not like the Wegman's or Harris Teeter departments but a legit butcher? Trying to dry age some ribeyes and would like to get a solid prime cuts for a reasonable price without the large chain grocery store markup.

If you want to make a trek to VA I can suggest a few places. Springfield Butcher is my usual go to. Great old school butcher shop...usually can get a Groupon for them. Another spot, which is more trendy and caters to hipsters is Red Apron in the Mosaic District.

Wilson's Meat Farm in Catlett, VA. It's a long way for you, but we've been stopping there for many years on our Pie Runs. I always get a case of ribeyes and its the best you will find anywhere (1.5" aged). Cash only

I used to go to Let's Meat on the Avenue in Del Ray, near Alexandria. Haven't been in a few years since I moved but they used to be pretty good.
