8:10ish lap around Nurburgring

This year I took the Sport Auto perfektions training at the Nurburgring. No section training which is great if you already have experience at the ring. Two days with one day high tempo group training and basically a full day of open pit.

Here is a lap from the free sessions. I followed a friend of mine in a Boxter GTS. He is basically around 10-20 seconds quicker than me in general so he backed off in some sections. This lap is around 8:10 I think, and I have lots of spaces from improvement. The M4 is much quicker than what I'm used to, so I had to relearn a lot. Still not 100% comfortable, but I'll get there eventually. No mods other than Endless endurance pads and Michelin Cup 2.

This trip came out at 33 laps in total. Not bad. 4 laps on one tank of fuel if I push. This car is pretty thirsty

Enjoy!

Well done! I was there Touristfahrting on Thursday and only did three laps. I have a problem with restraining myself, was just starting to get comfortable and really pick up speed. Confidence level was on the increase. Wanted to take my new ED M3 ZCP home intact so I called it quits. BTW - the CCM brake option is amazing

Congrats Peter, your ride is looking real good an smooth. Surely a nice event with Sport Auto but somewhat expensive. Next time you gotta smoke the Boxster...try some swedish suspension...
