You clearly have no concept of how the free market works.

A used item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for. If the same set of wheels was listed for awhile and it hasn't moved, maybe the asking price was too high? Even a Grade 4 student can figure that out.

3600 price was more than fair, however the seller was kind enough to bump it down a bit more for me...this was a superb deal, you can't even get reps on tires for 3k

I agree, but on the flip side. Let's say the wheels didn't sell at $3600. And it continued to be listed all summer. Clearly then $3600 wasn't the price to ask, because as you mentioned, you got it for lower. $3000 may be low, but if you're looking for a quick sale, sometimes you have to be aggressive on the price.

Everything eventually sells at the right price, and it's good to hear the OP was able to finally sell the wheels. But the wheels were definitely listed for awhile before they were sold.
