Super+ in Italy. 98 Octane European minimum through the rest (its rated differently and that actually amounts to somewhere in between 91 and 93 octane based on USA specs). When in doubt get the most expensive one (diesel is cheaper over there so this holds true in any country). Turbo and FI cars are abound throughout Europe so all the gas stations have high test gas. It will be relatively straightforward for ya.

I too went highest octane available. Usually 98. My rough math says I paid over $8 per gallon, more in Switzerland.
If you have a nice car in Europe, you must REALLY want a nice car.
