New Steering Rack with warning signs and grinding noise

Since I replaced my steering rack a few weeks ago and did the recalibration and everything, the “chassis stabilization” and “pedestrian warnings messages would pop up once in like three drives, quite randomly (gone when car restarts, but would pop up again the next time).

Read codes and these are what were shown, any ideas why this would happen?

P.S. car drives fine even when the warnings come on but would turn a low speed with grinding noise
