I think the F30 with the performance package is a lot sharper than the M render... I think the performance styling suits the M3 more than the F80 render... Now someone Photoshop a hood bulge and some wide fenders on the F30 M Performance.. This render of the F80 quickly reminded me of Audi's A/S 5, too bulky up front... it's very wide, it's fucking not proportional.. The 1M Air brake vent thing doesn't suit a wide car.. Just my two cents. Flame suit on!

Bimmerlover76, Take a look at this pic. Don't tell me that the e92 m3 is more aggressive. To each his own. Anyways, I actually asked my 6-year-old nephew which looks meaner today. He pointed at the F30 3 series.

No Alpine White render?? Alpine White being the most popular color for an M3, I thought I'd see one but looks good nonetheless

Love it! Give me a metallic red exterior with an Everest Grey intrerior and an optional moonroof and I'll be a happy camper!

Are you referring to the two aero pieces in the grill of the 458? Those pieces are generally black in color. They're also flexible and functional pieces.

The render looks great. Here's hoping the production car looks as good and also manages to significantly differentiate itself aesthetically from the regular F30 with a M-Sport kit.

These renders look way better than what I was gathering from the spy shots. I know these renders aren't 100% spot on (or are they lol) and I know I can't know for sure what the car would look like from the spy shots. I just had some problems accepting the shapes of the brake vents. IDK

What are you talking about? First of all they're carbon fiber and second they deflect at higher speeds to change the aerodynamics of the car, nothing like the lame styling elements on the Passat. The fact that Ferrari was able to accomplish this with no actuators or moving parts (they simply utilize the changing air pressure) is pretty cool.

Unfortunately no. Don't expect to see it on the road in the US until 2014 (unless you catch a test prototype)

Oh my word yes. If it is anywhere near this aggressive, which I still highly doubt, I'm selling my RS4 immediately.

I hope the "air vent" is toned down compared to these renders... or is instead a "bulge".

IMO it seems as if this new front end design was built around the coupe. On the sedan it just sits too low. The latest rendering of the M4 (white with the 5 spoke alloys) shows how the new front end flows extremely well with the lines of the coupe. This is an absolutely gorgeous design.
These are renderings and I usually take them with a grain of salt however the latest spy photos revealed quite a lot.
