M4 Magnaflow Exhaust Prototype Sound Clips

Because several people asked, here are some sound clips from my Magnaflow prototype exhaust. To my knowledge, I'm one of only two of these floating around (the other is on a M3). There will be two different versions, normal and super-loud (competition). This is the normal one.
Caveats: 1. I'm not the most adept with the GoPro. 2. My neigborhood doesn't have a single street that isn't broken up by an old-fashion East Coast Roundabout, so full out acceleration is limited to one short clip. Hopefully this works on Youtube.
Cold start:

It doesn't sound that much different from stock exhaust.

I like it. it doesnt sound louder than stock, but it sounds more clear, less muffled, less tinny, more substantial. I could live with this noise/volume.

That sounds like what a lot of people are wanting.

Fwiw I like it. If its around 1300 like thee9x version I'd pick it up. Is this from the 2nd cat back?

Doesn't sound too bad for being cheaper alternative.

Definitely better tone than OEM. Not bad if priced right. Hope to see and hear more in the coming months as this progresses to a final product. And I assume it's American made as well, yes?

This exactly. Not much louder but more rumble and grunt. The price should be about 1.5-2k, from what they said. Not sure what the competition one will run. Two cool things about this: 1. the tips are much bigger than OEM.
2. The resonator is much smaller so its not so visible from behind.

Sounds pretty good. I think the price will be very reasonable too. Wonder how much louder the competition version would be.

I bet it will drone ...

I believe any exhaust, without the valves like the OEM exhaust has, will have some amount of drone. It is apparently pretty difficult to design an exhaust without drone and BMW worked hard on this. I had numerous exhausts for my E90/E92 M3s and the only one that flat out didn't drone at all was the OEM and the MPE.

It definitely drones in 7th gear on the freeway. This got somewhat better after about 700 miles

Seems this and mpe are the best video sounding exhaust I've heard... I'm sure pricing for magnaflow will be most affordable.

Are the tips removable?

Can you post a shot of the rear please? I am curious as to how much of the muffler is visible vs the stock unit.

Looks pretty good! I honestly think it sounds good too. It's funny to think of Magnaflow and an M car going together but hey, if the price/look/and sound is right....
