Congrats on the car and the week old baby!
You must be so excited and probably are not getting enough sleep.
Car looks so beautiful and adding the carbon parts will make it stand out even more.
BTW I couldn't help to notice the other sick cars, yours by far stands out from the rest though :thump: as it looks classy and fast. Something all M cars have.
Enjoy!

That SO does stand out in a crowd! Nice color choice. Look forward to seeing the carbon.

With the newborn not getting much chance to drive the car, but finally got a chance to pull out the car to take some quick pics. I think I've decided to not do the 3m crystalline since it would take 2 full days to get the tint done to get crystalline in as well as the darkness I wanted (At least thats what the installer said). So I'll be putting in SunTek CXP tomorrow with 18 on the sides and on the front I'll be putting in SunTek HP 50.

I've also installed the gloss black side markers and attempted to install the painted side reflectors. But had no luck with the latter since I have the side camera's and no jack to lift the car and pull the wheel out. This has also put a damper on getting a clear bra on until I get the reflectors on I believe.

The dealership said they should have most of the parts in by Monday except for the rear diffuser. So hopefully I'll get more parts onto the car and post some shots early next week.

Apologize again for lack of pics.
That's a nice lineup. Love your ride, SO was my second choice.

I got to play with an RS7 last week, that's a slick one as well, lotsa carbon.

Busy week this week. Installed the side markers and the matching reflectors, and did the tint today with Suntek on the sides and back with 18% and the front 50%. Should be dropping the car off tomorrow for the spoiler and the exhaust and should get it back Thursday end of day. Then Saturday will be clear bra day. I'll try to keep the thread updated after each change. The front and rear diffuser will be installed once they get the diffuser as those are back ordered.

Got this image from my SA, was suppose to get finished today. But SA claimed that the exhaust required that some bolt in structural supports be removed, and they broke when taking out. The bolt had to be reorder and taking until tomorrow to get in. Also gave me an image of the spoiler. The front chin lip and splitter should be finished today as well and currently in progress.

Absolutely amazing!

You're literally following the list of mods I have planned for my SO/SO M3.

At least I can now see how my car will look once done!

Thanks again bud. And have fun! Can't wait for more pics...

Car looks great ! Dying for some black kidneys though.... More importantly, how's the MPE ? Would be great to hear a cold start, various revving in sport vs. comfort

It's just me I guess, but I really like the SO grills on mine instead of the black ones.

Definitely looks better than the chrome. I've been up in the air between replacing the chrome with either MG or gloss black. I think I've decide to go with gloss black and do the same for the side markers.

Wow! That looks much better than I thought!

Now imagine adding carbon splitters and SO painted lip? I think this is the way I wanna go!

Thanks for the pic man, I'm sold on the SO grills!

No I just ordered the wrong ones, and they should have exchanged my f30 for f32 grills and swapped them for me. Though now looking at SO painted ones I think I might change it down the road.... It looks so much better then the YMB ones I saw painted.

I actually do have the SO painted lip w/ carbon splitters. Crossing my fingers that they finish the install tomorrow, and I can throw up some pics and hopefully a video of the exhaust.

Congrats - fantastic color!

Please let us know your impressions of the MPE. I am sooo curious to hear how much difference it makes, especially in Sport or Sport +. Thanks in-advance for sharing your impressions!

Thanks all, glad I could help. This forum has really helped me in the past and I'm glad I could pass it along. I'm hoping to get it this afternoon, but they claimed it should have been done yesterday so I'm not keeping my hopes up. Apologize for the bad photography as I'm not a very good photographer, and I'm dealing with a 2 week old now. I originally thought that they would take longer to get the exhaust in. Then it would get a chance to get it over 1200 service, and allow me to get use to the default exhaust before they installed the new one.

Nice! Can you make more photos of the car from behind? I'd like to see how the diffuser looks like.
