Hey Jimmy, this one was a long waiting, you should talk to Kwinn to find out about the whole process, if it wasnt for ST BMW I would have gone in a different direction, they are the best!

Use Dr. Beasley's special Matte car wash and other matte products.
Don't ever take through car washes or do anything but hand wash.

This is my second frozen black car, I previously had a FB M3, I also used DB products but the best detail product for this paint is the BMW matte nano wax, if you havent tried it yet, do it, apply it every 3 months and you will keep that matte finish like new
I second your advise, never take it to a car wash, they will ruin your matte coat by using those car shampoos with gloss wax, I never let anybody to wash my previous matte car and wont let that happen with this car either
