Error trying to upgrade ECUs

I am trying to upgrade my ECU's for the first time. I have my car connected to another which is capable of powering the car. When I go to create the SVT target it's confusing to me that I have to chose the shipment version. Doesn't the car already have updates, see my versions here:

F020-16-03-502 current
F020-14-07-505 shipment
F020-17-11-530 target


During the calculation phase I get some warnings and errors:

This looks like i'm missing data from my psdzdata? i grabbed the full. Where can I get these.

When I Check software availability, I get the following errors:

I think these are the missing files above also, but just a couple. Are these the only ones I really need to find?

I'll hold off updating anything until I get some help from smarter people.

Needed to run esys as administrator, worked after that.
