I have 15mm on all 4. No rubbing issues, sits flush. No coding needs to be done but alignment is necessary.

Good info, thanks. Dealer just recommended that they do a a steering angle sensor re-calibration, toe adjustment and chassis measurement.

No EDC. I don’t want to give the impression that the shocks completely blew out. I would guess 90% of the people probably wouldn’t even notice. For me personally, the loss of compression and rebound damping was noticeable to the point where I decided to go with coilovers.

Can you mention the swift spring rates compared to stock ZCP spring rates? does the car drive like stock and handles better?

is it possible that the shocks and struts "broke-in"? and that's probably why you noticed a difference in ride quality?

5000 for a shock to go bad is horrible

That’s exactly what happened. They broke in and no longer provided sufficient damping for the stiffer and lower aftermarket springs. It’s not like they completely lost all damping... just enough for me to really notice the bouncier ride quality and greater propensity to bottom out. The reality is, many people may not care or even notice. Personally, I did notice the crappier handling and ride quality and switched to full coilovers.

I was told that Eibach with minor drop and slightly higher spring rates should still be in range of oem shock capability.
Why would BMW release mp has if small drop was detrimental?
