Lastly, don't embarrass yourself by listing rubber floor mats as a mod. The only exception might be full custom Wilton wool mats.
Seems like you're taking it personal, chill out brah....
I like some of the mods and while I can agree with some of your points, you're not Joan Rivers.
Seems like your taking my opinion personally. Chill out brah.

2)

While many people want to live alone, not *everyone * does .... The biggest reason is financial ...... like Maybe having a roommate allows one to say, lease a 70K vehicle.

I had 3 engineer car guy buddies that shared a home with an Acura nsx, and a Nissan GTR in the garage and an E36M3 outside.

One guy bought a 250k home and also owned the Acura and his two buddies paid him $400 and 500 apiece rent ( higher rate got the GTR in the garage) plus 1/3 utilities.

The money from the buddies helped him be able to refinance using a 15 year mortgage. Having two roommates for about 3-4 years like that makes a serious dent in your mortgage and can really help you pay down a note.

The two buddies were happy to live in a nice 2500 square foot home with a pool table , a pool and a massive game room with big screen, and of course, a kegerator, in far less than a single apartment which would be $750 or more. They were all in their mid 20s at the time. Eventually the homeowner was transferred at work and the situation broke up when he sold the home. It was a win win for all and a Heckuva party house.

I'm not going to even go into the fact that OPs roommate could also be a partner ( not that there's anything wrong with that !).

Heck, these days I am sure there are probably more than a half dozen very privileged teens in the DFW Metroplex rolling in an F8x right now, certainly on campus at SMU, TCU etc, and possibly even a high schooler or two. It's sick.

I could probably think of a couple of other scenarios, However the Key answer is its really NUNYA......
+1. Its a bachelor pad indeed. One of eight of my properties and one of a few of my incomes. Cars not leased.

3m Crystalline. My tint is actually rather light. its around 40-50%. Had my friend Alvin over at Alvin O's Custom Detailing. Truly does remarkable work.

Thanks.
You can have someone do it that way but I wanted all my edges tucked. I had him remove the front and rear headlights, front bumper and door handles.

It all looks different in person and it is personal preference. Exhaust looks great however you choose the tips. Headlight tint makes it have a much more aggressive look. No pictures were shown with the headlights off. As for the WeatherTech, I think ill list it. They were $350 and I've seen people listing those horrible sport mats. But Thanks!

Looks good. Wheel spacers make a world of difference here. I normally want to lower my car but this car with stock suspension and spacers looks just right.

Nicely done.

Is it just me... But is there a little stone chip or tear on the front bumper?

Wrap looks great. Huge fan of the sedans . F80 looks amazing with lighter colors that bring out the lines. What was the original color Alpine?

Personal preference but the only thing I would do is tuck the exhaust tips in a bit more.
But like you said its your stuff. Now hurry up and put a video of the Eisenmann and the deleted resonator because were all dying to hear it!

I saw your car Saturday night in downtown SD by Searsucker. I was inside and watched as everyone gawked at your car.

Been lurking on the site for a while and decided to post because on the way to SD I was showing my GF how sick your car looks.

I was in the bar in the corner with my GF. Near the dead end. It looked awesome. Right out of the gate I looked up and saw it and was like... oh shit thats the car I was showing you on the way down! (I live in newport beach)

I for sure was noticing all the people at the bar across the street gawking at it. It looked amazing. I have pics on my phone. If you want me to post them I can.
