Agreed, I was never into sleepers, I want the looks to be just as aggressive as the performance otherwise I'm not interested.

I just realized when I saw your name, we were discussing about the MPPK for the 435i Last year. I can see you got an M4 now?? how does it drive compared to 435i with MPPK?? I hope its better than 435i if not I will be disappointed , coz I am getting my MW M4 Next week :-)

Yeah that's right, couldn't resist getting the M4, and no regrets at all, they're world's apart. The M4 is so much more precise and direct, it's feels planted, takes corners like they're nothing. I'm still in the running in period so I'm observing the whole no full throttle and not exceeding 5500rpm so I haven't pushed it at all, the only performance experience I've had is from the test drive and there is no comparison at all, the 435i with MPPK was fast, very fast, but the M4 is on another level, you put your foot down and you feel the torque in your chest, never had that sensation with the 435, it didn't push me into the seat like the M4. Congrats and smart move, you won't regret it at all. All the reviews are pathetic, the electronic steering is precise and the noise while not as good as the rumble of a V8 still sounds really good to me.

Precisely, looks are way too muted, and yes great engine but in the scheme of things on paper they have identical performance in real world it's possible that the C63S may be 0.2 seconds quicker, I'd take an aggressive looking car over 0.2 of a second any day

Tint them! I always had BMW lighter contrasting interiors so I used to leave the windows non tinted so you can see the contrast, but now that my interior is all black like the exterior I tinted the windows and it's made a huge difference to the appearance of the car.

Agreed, sound keeps growing on me. Thanks, and you probably will, I'm driving all over Sydney unnecessarily to get to that bloody 2000km mark! I'll post some more pics when we get some decent weather and the car's washed

who did you go with for your comprehensive insurance?? I had my 435 with NRMA and my previous experience with NRMA has been great. im getting a slightly better deal with Allianz, but never dealt with them before.

and also how do you find the security Alarm, does it go off even with external vibration of the car??

I insured the 435 and M4 with nrma, their quote was better, I've been with Allianz also, they're very good too, only issue I had was their "no claim bonus for life" was only if you made no more than one claim during a policy year, I had problems with BMW performance wheels and constant cracking due to the extreme stiffness of the z4 and the run flats, this meant I had to make 2 claims in one year then all of a sudden I got hit with a premium hike and my ncb fell to about 45%, I explained the situation to nrma and they gave me 65% for life instantly.

Never had anything significant enough to set off the alarm so at this stage I would say there's nothing to worry about.
