The guy seems to flip between driving on the right and on the left. Interior shot is a RH drive car. Where would this be? Scotland? New Zealand? Not that many countries with snow-capped mountains where you drive on the left.

I hate seeing the M cars in videos and pictures... they look so good, in so many colors, that I find myself changing my mind and wanting to change my order multiple times a day

I guess it was filmed in Austria becasue of the posts design?

they always seem to be showcasing the sound only when the engine's at high RPM... that's because the sound is horrible most of the time

This is most likely in the UK (either Scotland or Wales) due to the licence plate of the car (YK is a Yorkshire registration). They may have taken a UK car somewhere else in Europe to film though.

I think this was filmed in Switzerland. It looks suspiciously like the "Eiger Nordwand" track in Gran Turismo.
