One of the tips is slipping every 2-3 weeks and I have to adjust and secure it.

Not sure if I did the install right, but there is not an instruction neither in the package.

So i have just bought the Blue burnt tips! Cant wait, they look ace on white.

So are we saying best method is bit of wood on the back and wack with a hammer? Its only friction from the prongs holding them on, no?

Pull them off really hard. Or use a rubber mallet and a flat blade screw driver against the back lip of the tip from underneath the car and wack it.

I just hope you did not damage your new tips because the tabs that lock it in are now bent.
Feeling really dumb now

I don't think the tabs are bent, but I am not 100%. Car is not with me now, but will check and make sure to do it right this time around

Mike
The fitment was tight so the new tips manage to stay on, but I had to use some forces to snug them in!

They were on for about 1,500 miles now though.
