"Dealer installed" black 666 wheels on new '17?

Are dealer installed painted black 666 wheels garbage? I'm not a big non-factory fan, but wondering what the long term viability of these wheels is. The paint job looks good though.

All 666 wheels should be black.

If you are in Jax, I know the car you are talking about. They had them professionaly powder coated from silver to black. They did an amazing job.

They are indeed powder coated, I drove it twice last month. Black wheels on white are not my first choice but it appears to be a good pc job.

so that's where some of those miles came from! they told me i would get the deal of a lifetime, but i decided not to settle, and order what i wanted.

all in all, it's a beautiful car and it will definitely make someone happy.

Ewww. Maybe they will start dealing near the end of the year. Why would I want to pay invoice for a '17 when I can get invoice on an '18 (not in Jacksonville)? There's a "new" M3 listed in a neighboring town that has 3000 miles on it. That's new? 3000 miles of BMW employee and test joyrides?

Exactly. That's your leverage. Why 'not in Jacksonville'?

I'd prefer to wait and purchase a leftover '17 for a good bit under invoice vs an '18 at invoice.

I was just saying that I could probably buy an 18 at invoice in a larger market bmw dealer outside of Jacksonville if I wanted to pay invoice.
