Help ,color choice !! orange sakhir

hey!
i have ordered a 2016 m4 and have 2 weeks to make up my mind for the color, i love the orange sakhir with red interior on the pictures but unfortunatly no dealership can show me one in the province ,,,,,,
Does anybody in the montreal area own one and would be willing to show it to me ?

Well, if you can make it to Toronto, I have a SO M4 you can see. Unfortunately I don't when I will visit Montreal.

If you like reddish color (as SO is really more like blood orange and not so much copper orange like Valencia Orange)... if you like dynamic colors when your car is in different lighting (sunlight, overcast, night time, etc) and flashy... then you will not regret getting SO

I got my SO without seeing the color in person either and definitely no regret. Here are some pics in different lighting that hopefully will help you get a better feel for SO.

It's a very rare color, at least where I got my M4, I was told they sold none. It's an awesome color, but it's loud and screams "look at me", even w my boring MG color, I get lots of looks so be ready w SO, what other colours are you considering?

Aboulfad , m debating between AW with red interior or SO with red interior.... i love the so-at least on the pics- but since it will be a daily driver m worried about getting bored of it especially in winter...

well, it is a M, so you probably won't get bored for awhile.

The white M3 beside mine in my pic was a MW with SO interior. It is a good combo

SO on SO might be a little too much orange... but all depends on your taste. Most people who goes SO had black or SO interior. Not sure what other you can go with. I went with SS interior. Each time I park my car, I still turn around to get a second look, even now when it is all dirty. hehe

Whatever you choose, I am sure you will enjoy your M... congrats and welcome to the family!

Every single M owner went through a similar internal debate about colours! IMHO if you decide on getting SO exterior contrast it with either SS or black interior. SO/SO sounds a bit too much and you may get bored fast of the color.

talking about dilemas......saw a yas marine blue with SS interior yeasterday and it looks really good......has the "race car" looks.....

I saw it few times in dealership and once on the road, not my color... If you're going for a flashy "color", SO is special, and so is AY!

Im personally not a fan of YMB, i like the unique blues on the othet Ms much better. I saw a SO M4 parked at my dealer the other day and was pretty impressed. I would say it looked better than AY as well.

As for interiors, I wouldn't do SO on SO....IMHO contrast is much more attractive. Black is always good, but, the Opal White individual looks stunning. I have it paired with an FR exterior that is fairly close to SO and absolutely love it. If you're willing to take care of it, I'd say that's the way to go.

I have to agree with the sentiment regarding SO. I've had it now for a little over a year and I still love the colour. Pictures can be found here:

Did you ever waver on the wheel color? What color wheels did you get? I think on this color silver or black is a tough choice as they both look nice.

went with black since i got a black kidney grill ,a cf spoiler and got tints, i think the darker wheels brings it all together !
