If you want a cheap way to see if your tires look good with white lettering, you can use the grease pencil to color in the letters. They come in several colors and can be bought at many auto parts stores. If you think it looks great , then there are many long term solutions available to spend money on. If you find yourself saying,"Shit! That's ugly!" Then you can wipe the grease off with a rag and continue on with life.

I've always liked this style of sidewall lettering...
I like those Michelin ones too. Tirestickers.com happens to carry them

Yea just try the driver side with a white sharpie or something. It may not be perfect but you could always black it back out with a black sharpie.

Then if you think it's ok with the relatively stock look then go order the white letter kits from tread letters and give it a shot!

Well to each his or her own but... Not for me unless car is heavily heavily modified as others have said. That said - different strokes, different folks.

I like the way Akira Nakai does it. Invest in a stencil. No more $30 a tire. I use to not be a fan of this (White would reminded me of the old white wall tires). But it has grown on me. Especially on his RWB porsches

*Btw the video time stamp youtube link is not working. You can see him doing his thing at 4:42

Agreed.

This is one of the dumbest trends I have seen yet. Makes the car look like Lightning McQueen.

Probably not gonna end up doing it

Seemed really cool a little bit ago when I was caught up with all the goldRush crew, but even many of them took it off after the rally.

Maybe if I lower my car and invest heavily in tracking or something well down the line...
