Restart fixes everything in my trade,

Try battery terminal off, so off off for a couple of mins, then start it up.

Having the same issue, old thread but any chance you remember what the fix was?

If you press and hold the volume knob down, it reboots the infotainment. Willing to bet that will take care of this.
