Not sure if anyone remembers that '17 MW Comp listed on Vroom or something a few months back with the 340i interior. Looks like Carvana bought it and has it listed for $50k. Worth a good laugh if you haven't seen it before.

That seems to be what happened here. Original owner sold the comp seats and made a quick buck before turning in/selling to a dealer who didn't know any better, and replaced them with those seats and trim it has now.

As I stated in the original post about this, the car was sold to vroom in perfect condition inside and outside. The m3 emblem on the seats still had the plastic on them. Two thing could have happened, the interior was damaged during transit or a employee stole the seats. I’m leaning toward the latter of the two scenarios.

Said employee may be selling his 3 series with m seats later. It would be funny to find such a listing.

Decoded the VIN. Car is supposed to have the Carbon Structure/Anthracite seats. They will never move that car.

Most people that use those sights aren't really car enthusiasts. So sadly, they may move it to an unsuspecting sucker that will come on BIMMERPOST only after buying the car then realizing something is off.
