Grinding noise coming from the rear

Hi guys!! I have 11k miles on my f80, yesterday morning I heard a grinding noise while driving at low speeds coming from the rear, sounds almost like I need new breaks or something of that sort. Anyone have a clue of what I could be? It sounds like I was dragging metal and than after a bit it went away. It also happen this morning for a little bit.

Rocks between your rotor and heat shield.

Bend it out - will fix the issue.

Plenty of info online and YouTube about it.
