Amazing they agreed to change it. Mine gave hell to even change the wipers... I have a 1 year old bmw and so far the dealer service is really bad. They keep blaming i have something on the windshield... Maybe i can get it polished and see but a new one fore sure is an out of pocket expense.

what i have also noticed is that when skipping if i user the windshield wiper cleaning fluid the skipping stops for couple rounds. Then obviously comes back.

Do not use RainX it kills your wipers! Use Dr Beasley glass wax. This stuff rocks. Amazon sells it. https://www.drbeasleys.com/glass-waxx.html

I use Aquapel now instead of RainX for the same reason

When the wipers start to skip it's time to reapply and that solves the problem

I havent tried the Bonami or clay bar yet... but here is the issue. I called the pines BMW and they are not really willing to change the windshield. They have changed the wipers for me 3 times so far. They say the arm looks ok. I really do not know what to say or to do with them. I just hope clay bar and / or bonami will fix this. If you guys have any suggestions it will be great!!!

my car is brand new (1 month/~800 miles. first time I drove it in a light rain, the wipers were fine.
then, in the past couple of days we've had some heavy rain and the wipers were skipping. I don't think Cquartz was applied to the windows and no RainX.
Never happened on my 435 or any other car. Not happy to see this isn't simply fixed.
Had car washed today. Will see what happens next time it rains.
