In the Sun.. the color has a LOT of flake which isn't captured too well in my pics. It is incredible, IMO.

Indoors the color glows? It is a deep blue but the violet tones shine through.. the flake is really pronounced too which looks killer

So I saw Tanzanite Blue in real life for the first time today. My jaw literally gaped open. At first I didn't know it was TB because when the sun hits it hard there are shocks of turquoise in it. Can't wait to get mine.

Awesome!! Seriously, dat flake even in low light the blue doesn't look flat like Imperial or deep sea blue; it still looks special which I love! So far I'm extremely happy with the color combo

Love it, that's a killer color combo.

Personally though, I could never part with my E92. I adore this car too much. But there's a slight change you'll see me add an F80 to the mix.

Thanks buddy! There's a chance I'll pull a kitw and end up back in an e92 one day; or add one back into the collection. It was my first M car and it still holds a special place in my heart. I was way into muscle cars when the e46 was in its prime and my older bro was like hey you know the new M3, C63 and RS4 have V8s AND can turn. So all throughout engineering school I was drooling over e92 M3s. I was so happy to finally get one. Absolutely love that car.

Funny, when I went to return the car to stock, all the guys at ACM getting work done were e92 M3 guys. They all broke my balls for moving onto the new platform; perhaps they're right? lol but no I'm loving the F80. It really is superior in every way except size and sound (Which isn't bad either). I love my new car and have ZERO regrets. I just wish I could have kept both since this is DCT and the e92 was 6mt

awesome choice and who could blame you for picking that up. now you've got an entire summer to enjoy that beast. my ED pickup date isn't until Sept. 5th, so I'm more or less waiting an entire year to truly enjoy this car, since by the time I will get it stateside, winter will be setting in, so it won't be until next April that I'll really get to enjoy it.

TZB was a top choice for me - such an awesome color, and Gold Brown is the best option there is for individual leather.

The gold brown leather, the white contrast stitching.. my god; it even has light-up m-badges *drops card*

I love that you included that lol but thanks man!! I'm really happy with it. Even today, it's dirty but the color still looks great and special, IMO. I'm so happy I have the summer to play with it! With my order it was looking like sept./oct delivery so I'm right there with you on the winter aspect.

What is your current build now? TZB is great but so are pretty much all the colors; really can't go wrong with anything, really.

Hey guys, it was nice out today so I took a couple of pics of TZB in the sun to hopefully give some of the members who haven't seen the color in person yet an idea of the color. I installed the gloss black grills on Friday and spacers go on this coming Friday so that should make the stance a little more aggressive until I figure out which direction to go with suspension.

Great car, every time I see Tanzanite I want it then I see Azurite and go back and forth, both are fantastic colors, your photos make me lean Tanzanite for sure, love what you did in the interior also. Congrats
