Can you elaborate how is this a custom fitment? Width and offsets seems pretty standard BBS, 20x9/10 +15/20. And also bolt pattern for F80/F82 is 5x120 not 5x112

Normal offset are ET 20 ET 35. This 20inch setup is the most aggressive you can run and requires some camber in the rear .

As AWE46M3 said those offsets are standard for 20" BBS LMs/F8X. They don't even make 20" LMs with 20/35 for F8x and nobody runs 235/265 tires on this platform either. And your price is ridiculously high for a set of LMs/MPSS and totally wrong tire sizes. That is unless you mis-typed the tire sizes cause most people run stock tire size with LMs 265/30 and 285/30/20s.

correct tire sizes are 265 and 285. Typical offset is front ET15 or 20 , ET 34 rear
