Your rear fender gap looks bigger than OEM. Definitely doesn’t look right.

How much were you charged for the install? It’s sad a BMW tech can’t install an OEM product properly.

Love the car! Question regarding the front ride height. Based off the pic, is the front higher then the rear? I am thinking about going with the MP HAS but I would want the front to match the rear in terms of fender gap.

MP HAS is not that aggressive up front. Mine is dropped all the way and it looks similar to that. If you want the gap to match, you would have to set the rear a bit higher.

Would you recommend it over the KW HAS?

The gap is slightly more in front but the car is still higher in the rear. Keep in mind the rear tire has a larger overall diameter. It maintains the factory rake which is exactly what I wanted.

Front fenders are cut higher than rear qtr panel. To match the gap front and rear, your car would be raked forward noticeably more than stock. Not a problem really as many people do it. But the truth of the matter is, ignoring the gaps in that picture, the front is still lower than the rear compared to stock (if you drew a line along the bottom of the side skirt, it would angle downwards towards the front).

Fyi, I tried them 1 turn from full low, 1 finger tucked front 2 tucked rear. It rode like shit. There is a min of 625mm front because that is the lowest parameter for the shock design and coding. Going lower kills them. I found this out the hard way when a dipshit race shop corner balanced my 911 too Low and shocks died super fast. Fuckers, took 8h to make the car worse. Ha.

I would get the car corner balance and aligned if I had MP HAS. That's the benefit of a HAS and it does make a huge difference (corner balancing).

Did you get the ISTEP software updated or ICM recalibration? I have '17 ZCP purchased in May 2017 and trying to figure out if I need that done... my ISTEP is F020-16-11-502.

I had the KW HAS kit installed on my M3. Loved the way it looked, it really killed that front gap. However, after about 8 months of driving on them, I realized that I wanted something better that would help with the overall ride (comfort). So I went and bought the KW V3's and I'm telling you it's the best money you will ever spend. You still get the drop so your car has a great stance but with the ability to adjust everything and make your car however you want it. My 2 cents, if you can afford it, get the V3's or something similar. It will make it feel like a totally different car!
