Air Cups?

Is anyone here running air cups from stance parts or have any experience with them??

Seems like a good idea as you don't lose any ride quality and gives the ability to get up steeper driveways and over speed humps easier....

You can basically convert any coilover to use a linear spring so this will work on just about anything. The universal kits are generally a little gimmicky (noises) unless you send in your shocks to make sure the cups are machined to spec to you shocks.

Just checking if anyone is now running an Air Piston setup. I would like to go this route, but haven't really seen one on a F8X. Fortune Auto makes a kit for the E9X series, but nothing for the F8X in the pipeline.

This guy has them on his/her F87 M2. The same kit should work for the F80 M3/M4. I would really like to talk to this guy about the kit, but I have no idea how to reach him/her. Is this person a forum member?

I love this idea, but hate that you have to put in an air tank and compressor system for it.
