Arrow Official coverage of the new M3/M4 launch party in Taiwan

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
This event was by invitation only, but my sales guy here in Taiwan was able to acquired one for me at the very last minute, so woohoo away I went.

Overall the event was well organized with good seats, great food, nice music, awesome staff, and hot gogo dancers. There were 2 M3's and 1 M4 at the event, the attendees were allowed to sit inside all the cars, my favorite one was the AW M3 with the red interior. The OEM 18's look sooo much better than the optional 19's IMHO.

Below are some of the pictures I took at the event, they were not post processed and are out of proper order because I am still battling jet lag and was too weak to do so.

update 6/5/2014

OEM 18 specs

18 x 9 front = 8.92kg (19.6lbs) each

18 x 10 rear = 9.44kg (20.8lbs) each

Did I wake up in 1995? What is happening? My Prius has 18" factory wheels. I am dumbfounded by this. They should offer a 19" and 20" wheels period. It's embarrassing. My 1990 4-Runner had less rubber than these cars.

I agree. Think it would look much better with 20" wheels

Yeah, because the M3/M4 should have heavier wheels that dull acceleration and ride quality!

Ugh, though, the ride height on these cars are ridonkulously high! I'm hoping it's just a display issue, like shipping blocks or something, but they look like someone left the nose lift kit engaged... (and they don't have one!)

Great post!!!

I dunno know why but this somehow reminds me of F&F: Tokyo Drift. May be because of the girls and the underground-like atmosphere.

Why does every manufacturer need some skinny chick dancing around their car during the presentation.Seriously,For once just show your car.IMO its just stupid.I would rather them have a M3 split in half showing the details of the construction ...explaining the technology etc that went behind the car than those clueless girls dancing .
