Photos seem distorted but I think the color looks much better in these photos than it did in the previous OC photos: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=960105

looks more and more like M5s baby brother; color schemes are tough to swallow for this thing and the tail lights are backdated (that's the last time I'll post that, promise!)

This color attention grabbing at first sight but I couldn't order this. I do like it but at 34 I'm just too old for this.
This... Everytime I see the YMB... T has me thinking of getting rid of the E90... But I don't think I can live with this colour after the first few months... Especially at this age. Sometimes you want to loudly stand out and sometimes you want to blend in but still make your presence known!

I saw the 435i at the dealership in black, very good looking car. That baby blue does not do it for me either.

In the current color lineup, sakhir is as close as it comes to loud yet understated. It's at the top of my list ;-)

Ok, so this question is to the people who either took the photos or have seen this color in person outside. Does it look more like the first set of pictures (Powdery Blue) or more like the second set, (More of a metallic turquoise)?

People say, its not that light in person, then other people say its really light in the day light. Well which is it? And I know this color changes a lot, but whats the general outside daytime color?

Bluughh!!

Can I get Estoril Blue 1 please. In bright sunlight this looks terrible. Would be ordering the Austin Yellow instead or Silver. Silver is due a comeback as white has been done to death.

answer is yes. thats the color. in every photo. lol
the paint changes to the best possible color for those that like it and the worst possible for those that hate it. its subdued on overcast days or out of direct sunlight. it will appear as a slightly lighter estoril blue. the brighter it gets outside, then the lighter this color gets. natural light makes it more purplish. artificial light more green.

i think it will look great with some light tint on the windows and some black accents. i'm 36 but i also am willing to drive a porsche with big wing, red wheels, and stripes to work. i don't give a fuck what anyone else thinks. besides lots of cars out there with bright colors now. i'm tired of white, black, and every shade of grey between them for now.
