BMW M4 vs Audi RS5 Compared on Nurburgring GP track by Autozeitung (Update)
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Correction made: test was conducted on Autozeitung Test Track (not Nurburgring GP track) New Update Correction Its indeed Nurburgring GP but the track layout in the test is not known. I like the whole point system with different variables As for the laptime.. that's bonkers.. faster than 997 GT2 RS, Turbo S, Nissan GTR.... Lost to the Aventador by 0.10 sec....

That 0-200km/h 12.9s time is quite faster than the advertised BMW numbers of 13.4/13.6 for DCT/6MT

Comparing the times from the article to fastestlaps.com, the RS5 would a good bit faster than an early R8… which is why I wonder if it's the same configuration.

Yeah, has to be a diff config. Numbers just don't make sense.

Interesting, the 0-100km/h is not that great but the lap time is off the chart. Lap time can't be that good ? ?

Well the fastest lap time list doesn't specify which magazine tested it and only 3 list the driver so unless I'm missing it, it could be the difference in drivers. But yeah a 3s difference is quite large.

I think the new A5/S5 are due in 2015 as a 2016 model. The RS models typically show up later in the product cycle for Audi. I would guess around 2017 as a 2018 model.
