Valve Mod Fuse Removal

So when I purchased my CPO 2015 F82, it has become apparnt to me that the previous owner did the valve mod. However, after looking at the valve wiring harnesses, they are still attached. Then I read from my search that you can disable the valve by pulling fuses 146 & 147. Yesterday I confirmed that these fuses are missing, see below.

They question I have is, I read that someone said that removing these fuses can mess or disable the DC/DC converter and that it can become problematic/damage other electronics. Is this true? Should I put back the fuses and do the wire harness method?

There is the concern the disconnected DC/DC converter may be needed in some situations, although its functionality and purposes have not been fully disclosed in the forum.

For that reason, I chose to drive with the fuses unplugged for a few days. Decided that I liked it, then went with the wire unplug mod. After 2 months, it got old, so plugged them back in.

Doing this caused a Parking Assistant error in my car. I ended up just unplugging the valves.
