Yes it is as the codes don't work anymore. But you might get lucky and be able to order the silver issued ones directly from their side if they have some left.

At told me yesterday they will ship by end of this week. But that's because I told them I won't be in town and don't want them to sit in front of my door for a week. I would assume they started shipping.
