Clunking through drivetrain when on-off throttle.

Anyone else found this on a recent M4? Say you're driving along at around 60 in 4th/5th gear, (DCT box) and you lift off throttle abruptly, then apply throttle quickly and repeat. I find a loud clunking from the rear diff area. Obviously this isn't how I drive constantly but I noticed the clunking once and this was how I could repeat the issue. Is it normal or something that will need looked at. I know previous years models of the M4 (possibly M3?) had a diff issue which required a recall on certain vehicles.
